I have always looked forward to Valentine’s Day from such a young age, and that’s because my Mom always brought flowers and a balloon to school. I remember anticipating the call from the office to pick it up. She did this every year for as long as I remember, and something I loved that she did. It was a simple gesture that made me feel special, and as a Mom now I truly appreciate it even more. And now that I have my own baby girl of my, I get to shower her with that same love.
Lately, I’ve been focusing on quality over quantity when it comes to these kinds of gifts, although you don’t need to spend a lot on any of these things. Generally I like to include a book or reading material, craft item, sensory item, a couple treats and a few things she’s been wanting. Gift sources are below.

For the bouquet, I used a vintage vase that I already had and filled it with Londyn’s favorite flowers; light pink baby roses and daisies. I got the balloons from the Dollar Tree and used foil fringe that I cut shorter and wrapped around the base of the balloons, it comes with a sticky backing.
